A special blend of spices crafted to give fried fish a crispy, flavorful, and aromatic taste. Perfect for marinating or coating fish before frying, it adds a balanced mix of heat and tangy flavor to every bite.
Ingredients:
Salt, Red Chilli, Mango Powder, Carom, Cumin, Turmeric, Coriander, Mustard, Garlic, Acid (Citric Acid), Paprika, Fenugreek, Caraway, Acidity Regulator (Tartaric Acid), Clove, Bay Leaves, Black Pepper, Big Cardamom, Green Cardamom, Cinnamon, Ginger.
Cooking Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix lemon juice or vinegar, garlic, 1 tbsp oil/ghee, gram flour, and Fish Fry Masala.
- Apply to fish and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil and fry fish on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the fish and sprinkle with Chaat Masala.
