Product Detail:
A specially crafted blend of aromatic spices for rich and flavorful beef or mutton biryani. Adds the perfect balance of heat, aroma, and traditional taste to make every biryani delicious and memorable.
Ingredients
Salt, Red Chilli, Coriander, Turmeric, Ginger, Garlic, Big Cardamom, Caraway, Black Pepper, Paprika, Cinnamon, Mango Powder, Green Cardamom, Acid (Citric Acid), Clove, Cumin, Mustard, Bay Leaves, Artificial Biryani Flavoring, Anti Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Artificial Saffron Flavoring.
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix yogurt, Beef/Mutton Biryani Masala, and ginger & garlic paste in a bowl.
- Add beef or mutton, mix well, and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil or ghee and fry sliced onions until golden brown.
- Remove a small portion and keep aside.
- Add the marinated meat and fry for about 10 minutes.
- Add 4–5 glasses of water, cover, and cook on low heat until meat is tender.
- Then cook on high heat until oil separates.
- Add green chilies and set aside.
- Boil water with salt in another pot and cook soaked rice until about 70% done, then drain.
Layer the rice and prepared masala in a pot. Sprinkle green coriander, fried onions, and lemon juice on top.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes until rice is fully done.
- Mix gently and serve hot.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with salad and raita.
