A flavorful spice blend crafted to make aromatic and delicious pulao or biryani. Perfect for rice and meat, it adds rich aroma, balanced heat, and authentic taste to every meal.
Ingredients:
Salt, Red Chilli, Sugar, Ginger, Garlic, Clove, Cinnamon, Cumin, Black Pepper, Big Cardamom, Acid (Citric Acid), Coriander, Caraway, Green Cardamom, Fennel, Onion, Turmeric, Artificial Biryani Flavouring, Anti Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide)
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix yogurt, ginger & garlic paste, and Pullao Biryani Masala in a bowl. Add meat, toss to coat, and leave for 5 minutes.
- Heat oil and fry onions until golden, then take out 2 tbsp, crush, and keep aside.
- Add meat to the same pan with fried onions and fry for 5–7 minutes.
- Add water (1–2 glasses for chicken, 3–4 glasses for beef/mutton), cover, and cook on low heat until meat is tender. Remove when 1 cup of stock remains.
- Boil water with salt in a separate pan and cook soaked rice until half done, then drain.
- Layer rice and prepared masala in a pot and top with reserved fried onions.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Mix gently and serve hot.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with raita and fresh salad. Garnish with fried onions.
